RETURNS POLICY

At Country Culture, we would like our customers to be one hundred percent happy with their product purchases.

  • In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty or is different to its description and or image, we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. Please email us at info@countryculture.com.au as soon as you receive your order to let us know.  We will inform that particular trader and ask them to send you a stamped, self addressed post pack so that you can return the item directly to them. Country Culture will then offer you either a full refund or a store credit to the same value. Payments will be made by Country Culture via Paypal or a Camtech credit card gateway.
  • If you change your mind when you receive an order, we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. Please email us at info@countryculture.com.au as soon as you receive your order to let us know. We will inform that particular trader of the request. The product needs to be posted back to that particular trader whose address is on the Sender’s Sticker on the post pack it was delivered in. Once the trader has received the item in perfect condition, Country Culture will offer you a store credit to the same value as the price of the product. The associated shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • Very rarely, you may order a product, which may not be available for an unforeseen reason or may have just sold out. Country Culture will offer you a store credit or refund to the same value as the item including shipping costs.
  • If you purchase a product which is hand made to order, Country Culture will not accept returns or a change of mind.
