Meet Otis - Our March Dog of the Month Winner

Otis is a playful, cheeky little character with a seriously affectionate side. He’s full of personality — the kind of dog who keeps everyone laughing with his naughty habits and endless charm.

His owner describes him as loving and mischievous in equal measure — and a bit of an escape artist. On one memorable occasion in Narromine, Otis managed to slip away and decided he had no intention of coming back anytime soon. What followed was a very long chase through the paddock before he was eventually convinced that the adventure was over. Safe to say, Otis seemed to enjoy the game a lot more than anyone trying to catch him!

Like many cheeky dogs, Otis also loves to chew absolutely everything and has been known to “wee on everything” too (his owner admits these might be more naughty traits than funny ones… but we still think they add to the charm). He’s even eaten a bee once — which we definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Lately, he’s revealed a new favourite activity though. While on a weekend away, it became clear that Otis lovessss a good bonfire — happily sitting nearby soaking up the warmth like it’s exactly where he belongs.
