The Country Culture team happily posts Australia-wide from our warehouse fulfilment centre in Sydney from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We do our best to send out orders within 1-3 business days, unless you have selected same-day delivery (please see details below). If we expect it to take more than 3 days to dispatch your order - whether that be because of stock-related issues or an unprecedented order backlog - our customer service team will update you to decide the best course of action.
When you place your order and receive an order confirmation, please take the time to check that the delivery address has been entered correctly, since we're unable to re-route the parcel once it has been dispatched by our warehouse team. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please email hello@countryculture.com.au with the correct address, and our team will do their best to rectify the situation. Our main postal provider is Australia Post. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel on delivery, the courier will deliver the parcel to the closest LPO to await collection. A second delivery will not be attempted by Australia Post, and the parcel will not be returned to our warehouse for redelivery. Please monitor the tracking details provided to you, so that you may notify the recipient of its status.
We can send parcels to PO boxes using Australia Post.
Regular Shipping Options
Estimated delivery times are based on proximity to metro, regional, or remote areas, with shorter delivery times expected for cities and longer ones for remote regions.
When placing your order, you have the option to enter a desired dispatch date. Please note that this refers to the date on which your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, not the date of delivery. Unless the hamper is sent with same-day delivery within the Sydney Metro region, we are not able to provide a definitive delivery date. Any issues with late, failed or incorrect deliveries should be directed to Australia Post, who determine estimated delivery time frames.
Delays via our providers are out of our control, and Country Culture cannot be held responsible if they occur. If you would like to raise an enquiry with our shipping providers if you have experienced difficulties, we are more than happy to facilitate this. We kindly ask you to treat our team with courtesy and kindness, and understand that once the parcel leaves our warehouse, its journey is no longer in our control.

If the order was placed on a weekday before 11 am, it will be delivered before 5 pm. If the order was placed after 11 am, it will be scheduled for same-day delivery on the following day. No weekend deliveries.

Incorrect Addresses and Redelivery
If a hamper is returned to us marked RTS (return to sender), usually due to an incorrect address, we're more than happy to update the shipping details and redeliver. We will need to charge a fee of $25.90 for this, to cover the cost of being returned to us ($12.95) and redelivery ($12.95). This fee will still apply to orders that qualified for free shipping when the order was initially placed.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are any orders of over 10 hampers. These orders will not qualify for complimentary shipping, despite amounting to over $150, due to the considerable costs associated with delivering them. If you are placing a bulk order, we will send you a quote from our couriers for shipping, and payment will need to be received before they can be dispatched from our warehouse.
International Shipping
To organise an international shipment, please email hello@countryculture.com.au with the recipient's postal/zip code, country, and the name of the hamper from our range you have in mind. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping quote, as well as proposed product swaps in the case of international import restrictions. Once the quote is approved and the individual products are deemed eligible, an invoice will be sent. When payment is received, your order will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse with Australia Post.
You will be provided with all tracking details so that you may monitor the parcel's journey and collection. As with domestic deliveries, please be aware that Country Culture is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as well as any extra fees, charges or taxes incurred upon collection.
