Keeping it recyclable: Ensuring that your packaging is recyclable is Sustainability 101. It’s important that when your client receives their beautiful gift hamper it’s easy for them to do their part. 

Our boxes are all Australian made and completely reusable, recyclable, and compostable. They're staple, sticky tape and magnet free. Every giftbox is sourced from Opal Fibre Packing, we’re proud to have them as a packaging supplier with their commitment to reaching net zero emissions by 2050. Opal also holds a Chain of Custody certification for FSC as well as for FEFC through Responsible Wood. These certification systems support responsible forestry practices, ensuring transparency and traceability in the fibre supply chain. 

Our logos are printed onto our giftboxes using an environmentally friendly Kurz foil print. Kurz foil is recyclable without restriction (waste bin/ waste paper/ “yellow sack”), de-inkable (i.e. easy removal of printing inks when wastepaper recycled and/or washed). Foil is not regarded as a hazardous substance like inks and lacquers, contains no heavy metals, no harmful substances and no carcinogenic ingredients. 

Wrapping fragile items with care: Did you know that bubble wrap is responsible for 14 million metric tons of plastic waste ending up in the ocean every year? When ensuring that the fragile items in your giftbox arrive safely we use HoneyComb Kraft Paper Wrap. This sustainable alternative to bubble wrap is fully compostable and recyclable meaning that your clients can dispose of this packaging however they like, guilt free and spoilt for choice!

Aesthetic without compromise: We love the nostalgia of brown paper packages tied up with string. That’s why we’ve ensured that we use biodegradable cotton twine. Being completely compostable your clients can choose whether they chuck it or reuse it for their own projects.
