EMPOWER WITH LITERACY
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children continue to fall through the cracks of our education system, trapping them in a cycle of vulnerability and illiteracy. It is a human right to learn to read and write. And $12 pays for a day of specialised literacy support in an Indigenous community.
RESTORE THE LAND & REPLANT OUR NATURAL HABITAT
Greening Australia aims to restore 330,000 hectares of native trees across Australia by 2030. world's largest and most ambitious ecological restoration programs. We aim to help plant 500 million trees and shrubs to store carbon, create quality habitats for native wildlife, and restore degraded farmland. $50 = plants enough trees and shrubs to store 1 tonne of carbon dioxide
PROTECT AND PROVIDE SHELTER TO A WOMAN
Across Australia, around 56,000 women are homeless each night, many with young children. Women's Community Shelters is dedicated to providing women and children with a safe place to stay and an opportunity to rebuild their lives. $50 = provides a hot meal and a safe, comfortable place to stay for one night.
