â–¸ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
La barre | Sourced from: Yass NSW
La Barre's award-winning, flavoursome and aromatic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is specially blended to produce a mild olive oil that enhances the taste of your food without competing with the flavours of the ingredients.
The olives, are grown on two distinctive groves at Yass and Billimari in central New South Wales and in the Canberra region.
â–¸ Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar with Fig
La barre | Sourced from: Yass NSW
This warm, luxurious vinegar has been lovingly created in rural NSW to ensure it is the perfect addition to all of your favourite dishes, whether they are sweet or savoury. Have it on its own with crusty breads, drizzle over figs or berries, or create your own tomato and basil salad – the options are endless!
La Barre Olives was created by Charles de la Barre de Nanteuil to establish an olive grove at his family farm of Hardwicke Stud, Yass. Charles’ rural tradition in France, Italy and Australia meant that olives are part of his life’s blood. The aim was to produce a beautiful olive grove to make an excellent and fresh Australian olive oil for the local market.
â–¸ Pure Honey with Bamboo Twirler
Wall's Honey Co. | Sourced from: Nemingah NSW
Wall's Honey is locally produced in Nemingah, its smooth and rich sweet flavour is sure to delight. Combined with a twirler for a great set. Perfect to sweeten tea or pour over your breakfast.
â–¸ Brinjal Kasundi Medium
Franklin Road Preserves | Sourced from: Orange, NSW
Brinjal Kasundi is also known as eggplant chutney. Franklin Road Preserves make it using locally sourced ingredients such as onion, garlic, ginger and eggplant. The spices are roasted and ground fresh for each batch, and then the chutney is cooked slowly for a long time. If you can resist eating it with biscuits, cheese and a glass of wine, it is ideal for adding to pizza, stir fries and pasta. Or use it as a marinade for chicken, spare ribs or a base for curries and sauces.
After making pickles for their family and friends, in 2013 Richard and Liz began Franklin Road Preserves to sell their pickles rather than give them away. Utilising fresh produce either grown in their own garden or purchased from local suppliers and farmers' markets, Franklin Road products are organic, sustainable and delicious! They are an excellent testament to the quality of regional produce.
â–¸ Set of Charcoal & White Condiment Bowls
Mediterranean Markets | Sourced from: Mulgrave, Victoria
These beautiful and imperfect little handcrafted condiment bowls are a great addition to any table. Featuring a shiny glaze on the interior and a natural ceramic finish on the exterior, they look fabulous as a condiment bowl. These are a sustainable product due to porcelain being made from natural minerals.
