The Country Culture team happily posts Australia-wide from our warehouse fulfilment centre in Sydney from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We do our best to send out orders within 1-3 business days, unless you have selected same-day delivery (please see details below). If we expect it to take more than 3 days to dispatch your order - whether that be because of stock-related issues or an unprecedented order backlog - our customer service team will update you to decide the best course of action.
When you place your order and receive an order confirmation, please take the time to check that the delivery address has been entered correctly, since we're unable to re-route the parcel once it has been dispatched by our warehouse team. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please email hello@countryculture.com.au with the correct address, and our team will do their best to rectify the situation. Read more about Incorrect Addresses and Redelivery below.
Our main postal provider is Australia Post. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel on delivery, the courier will deliver the parcel to the closest LPO to await collection. A second delivery will not be attempted by Australia Post, and the parcel will not be returned to our warehouse for redelivery. Please monitor the tracking details provided to you, so that you may notify the recipient of its status.
We can send parcels to PO boxes using Australia Post.
Regular Shipping Options
Estimated delivery times are based on proximity to metro, regional, or remote areas, with shorter delivery times expected for cities and longer ones for remote regions.
When placing your order, you have the option to enter a desired dispatch date. Please note that this refers to the date on which your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, not the date of delivery. Unless the hamper is sent with same-day delivery within the Sydney Metro region, we are not able to provide a definitive delivery date. Any issues with late, failed or incorrect deliveries should be directed to Australia Post, who determine estimated delivery time frames.
Delays via our providers are out of our control, and Country Culture cannot be held responsible if they occur. If you would like to raise an enquiry with our shipping providers if you have experienced difficulties, we are more than happy to facilitate this. We kindly ask you to treat our team with courtesy and kindness, and understand that once the parcel leaves our warehouse, its journey is no longer in our control.
For standard and express shipping, we send orders via Australia Post or Sendle. Please see the estimated delivery times for these couriers below.

Incorrect Addresses and Redelivery
If a hamper is returned to us marked RTS (return to sender), usually due to an incorrect address, we're more than happy to update the shipping details and redeliver. We will need to charge a fee of $25.90 for this, to cover the cost of being returned to us ($12.95) and redelivery ($12.95). This fee will still apply to orders that qualified for free shipping when the order was initially placed.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are any orders of over 10 hampers. These orders will not qualify for complimentary shipping, despite amounting to over $150, due to the considerable costs associated with delivering them. If you are placing a bulk order, we will send you a quote from our couriers for shipping, and payment will need to be received before they can be dispatched from our warehouse.
International Shipping
To organise an international shipment, please email hello@countryculture.com.au with the recipient's postal/zip code, country, and the name of the hamper from our range you have in mind. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping quote, as well as proposed product swaps in the case of international import restrictions. Once the quote is approved and the individual products are deemed eligible, an invoice will be sent. When payment is received, your order will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse with Australia Post.
You will be provided with all tracking details so that you may monitor the parcel's journey and collection. As with domestic deliveries, please be aware that Country Culture is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as well as any extra fees, charges or taxes incurred upon collection. If you experience any issues, please contact the Australia Post customer service team.
Returns Policy
At Country Culture, we would like our customers to be one hundred percent happy with their product purchases.
In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty or is different to its description and/or image, we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.
We are also happy for you to return goods if you have changed your mind within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Please email us at info@countryculture.com.au as soon as you receive your order to let us know and we will be in touch about the best way to return the item. When the goods have been returned in perfect condition, Country Culture will then offer you either a full refund or a store credit to the same value. Payments will be made by Country Culture via Paypal or our credit card gateway. The associated shipping costs will not be refunded.
Due to supply and freight issues during December 2022, Country Culture reserves the right to replace any product with a product of the same value or more.
In the event an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or the delivery can not be fulfilled, Country Culture will invoice the customer for the cost of the returned freight. If the customer would like the item to be resent, we will have to charge a shipping fee of $25.00 to cover the return and the resend. Please note this covers all corporate orders as well.
Very rarely, you may order a product which may not be available for an unforeseen reason, or may have just sold out. Country Culture will offer you a store credit or refund to the same value as the item including shipping costs.
Please note: If you purchase a product which is handmade to order, Country Culture will not accept returns or a change of mind.
