Founder Liz O'Shaughnessy from Victoria possesses a strong background in high end production, beginning her career making glorious custom made designer carpets. However she has now turned to the production of Australia's finest gourmet Puddings, cakes and our favourite gourmet pretzels. Using recipes developed by Liz, her gourmet pretzels have become synonymous with quality and prestige and are renowned for their first class presentation in retail packaging. Further her products have been awarded the enviable honour of being licensed by some of Europe's leading houses of fine liqueurs and spirits to produce ranges of gourmet desserts and cakes, under their labels. These iconic brands include Grand Marnier, Remy Martin (Cointreau and Galliano) and Frangelico. 

These curiously shaped perennial favourites have been around for generations, and are loved by everyone. The Gourmet Merchant have taken this classic and created moorish, golden, toasted savory bites which are the perfect snack for every occasion.
